Abstract
The 10-billion-level mica industry cluster in Pingjiang is accelerating its rise. The impact on GTCAP mica capacitor production capacity is positive.
According to media reports: Pingjiang County has launched a cloud mica industry cluster worth over 10 billion yuan this year, integrating comprehensive mica industries such as materials and finished products. This development provides GTCAP with an additional raw material procurement option for its mica capacitors, further strengthening the production capacity and delivery timelines of GTCAP mica capacitor products.
Mica is a non-metallic insulating material widely used in high-end industries, including military, shipbuilding, and power sectors. The mica industry in Pingjiang County has experienced over 40 years of robust development, currently boasting 86 mica paper production lines, more than 30 mica board production lines, and 25 mica tape production lines. Annual output reaches 150,000 tons, generating an annual industrial value of approximately 5 billion yuan—accounting for over 60% of the nation's total mica paper production capacity. Meanwhile, the industry's clustering effect continues to amplify its competitive advantages.
GreenState Energy's high-voltage, high-temperature mica capacitor raw materials have historically relied heavily on imports, resulting in not only higher costs but also unpredictable delivery schedules. With the support of Pingjiang County's thriving mica industry, the GTCAP series of high-temperature, high-voltage capacitors will now benefit from expanded production capacity and optimized cost structures.
Note: GTCAP high-voltage, high-temperature mica capacitors are meticulously crafted using high-purity, premium-quality mica paper as the base material—such as 511 mica paper—ensuring exceptional characteristics including high dielectric strength, superior temperature resistance, low dielectric constant, and minimal leakage current. The GTCAP high-voltage, high-temperature mica capacitor series GTCVG is widely employed in aerospace applications, mining exploration, and oil drilling equipment.
